So after a very long time with our somewhat dated living room, we decided to redecorate. Just by happenstance, we went to check out a sofa by American Leather. It was a design matching our taste but we wanted to avoid rolling the dice on an online order and physically see and sit on the sofa. Good thing we did as it was not comfortable.
That's when we met Channa and its a good thing we did. Channa picked our brains to establish what our taste was and then the game was on. We had pictures of our existing room and with those, she went to work fast. Within a few hours, we had selected the sofa, two chairs with ottomans, a small accent/ cocktail table and another accent table to go behind the sofa. The sofa we could get right away but everything else was subject a long lead time due to the evil "supply chain monster". But deliveries are beyond everyone's control. Once it was all delivered, it all worked together- both new and existing- fabulously.
But during that "wait time", Channa continued to weave her magic and find the perfect pillows for the sofa as well as a beautiful round area rug.
The thing that you will find with Channa is that she has the gift of being able to find a perfect decor/ design solution that exceeds your expectations and vision. All of that along with options galore. Communication is never a problem and her easy professional attitude (with a little humor thrown in) is a welcome attribute.
We definitely will be using Channa again and recommending her to everyone.
